Sorry to butt in, but you haven't responded to any of my posts inviting you to download that first photo at the top of this thread, save it to your Desktop as a JPEG, then ZOOM in with whatever photo application you have to see the “K” which is right in front of your face, plain as day.

All you do is keep posting here that there is no difference between the two images. This to me is classic troll-like behavior, so don't excuse yourself with “I've been posting here for years”. You refuse to see anything that goes contrary to your preordained conclusion, that there is no problem with Obama and his eligibility.

There is a “K” and many posters have confirmed that on this thread! You, Sir, are a minority of one on this particular point.

I have downloaded the photo and "zoomed". But I also know that an original low-res photo with artifacts can not be made clearer by zooming. It only exaggerates the artifacts. It may very well look like a "K" to you but it still looks like an "E" to me.

I have always used PACER. BTW, PACER logs in to the federal court record every time you sign in and what pages you view and download.

Some of the posters here suggested that the “K” is visible because of the artifacts generated by the image being such a poor quality...so I went back to look again and tried to keep an open mind that it was an “E” all along.

That suggestion, on top of Orly’s request for information to her site users regarding an “E” F Lavender prodded me to action.

So I went back to the poorer quality version and willed myself to see an E. And I did. Then I thought of the letter K and saw that too.

I looked at the other points which we were told were changed and again...if I allowed myself to consider the number or letter to be different, I saw what the change was supposed to be.

The conclusion I’ve drawn here is that while yes there is a possibility the form was edited, there’s an equal possibility that the lower quality version created so many artifacts in the image that some of the lettering was distorted and hard to read to the point that your mind would fill in the gap based on what you thought you were supposed to see.
