The Orange County Registar is one of the few biased papers still left. It resides in a largely conservative enclave.

It's actually the "Orange County Register" and they are very much Libertarian. In other words....extremely non biased.

I think there is some question about the paper....the editorials are the most Libertarian...the news articles come from the usual biased sources...IMO.
