This is a little more obscure but it fits because the untouchable ruling elite [The Eternals] fomented strife between The Brutals simply to amuse themselves and destroy The Brutals by pitting them against each other.
The "flying head" ["God"] alternately gave food [stimulus packages] and weapons [class warfare] to The Brutals.
*Anything* that portrays him as not having good intentions for America works, really.
Otherwise, the left would not be seething with rage over the Joker posters.
[and the inside joke is that "Zardoz" came from the book title "The Wizard of Oz"...the giant scary face hiding the little man behind the curtain]

Obama is out of control. He finds the constitution “deeply flawed”, his spending is 4 times as it was under Bush, he has done nothing bi-partisan.
He’s an arrogant about his irresponsibility. That’s why the Joker thing works.
