I think it’s possible that some of the townhallers drew swastikas to emphasize their belief that Obamacare and Obama’s other policies bear similarities to Fascism. Pelosi will next show the cover of Jonah Goldberg’s Liberal Fascism as proof that we’re fascists and the state run media will go along.

For eight years they had graphics at rallies of G.W. Bush with a Hitler mustache and nazi armband, or dracula fangs dripping blood. As another poster suggested, Nancy needs to have her head shaved and be set out in the streets so people can spit on her.

Same tactic as during the 2008 campaign.
Once they realized how fired up people were at Palin rallies, they planted people who would shout "Kill Him" when she mentioned Obama's name. He would always shout just about a second before the applause line was finished so he was audible on the tape.

In all likelihood, there are folks showing up with swastikas at the meetings. Notice all the pictures on various FR threads showing Obama in Nazi garb.
Assuming those are the pictures the protesters are waving around, what's happening is that the situation is being misrepresented. Folks aren't carrying (or posting) the pictures because they are Nazis ... but because they think that Obama and his fellow travellers are being Facists in how they push their policies through.

First they parade with swastikas, next thing you know they’ll be driving panzers over people’s lawns without so much as an excuse me!
