Since SEIU was involved and they were wearing shirts from then, and their membership is across state borders, I’m wondering if any RICO laws were broken?

Bah Bah, what if anything have you heard locally?...Any charges announced, mug shots etc?

maybe, but getting them to prosecute the union will never happen. remember the black panthers?
No, if the FBI investigates they can and probably will arrest for a violation of civil rights on an individual basis.
Is it a violation of rico? YES, but getting it prosecuted will not happen.

I went to the rally today in front of SEIU headquarters. His lawyer is probably going to sue the pant off of as many people and entities as he can drag in.

I wonder if he can sue Ozero for that memo that went out from the wh telling people to get out and counterprotest. He was explicitly being blamed at the rally today.
