"subjective judgment of their 'level of productivity in society"

The same test should be performed on Democrat voter-base members, and removal from voting roles if found "non-productive".

This would wipe off about 1/2 or more of their voterbase!

Sarah can also remind everyone of how Obama made jokes about the Special Olympics.

WRONG! the truth is inflammatory and “evil” is correct label, and I am certain Sarah can supply all the facts needed if you can listen with open ears and heart.

It.america is exactly right. Both of my parents are a good example. They are moderate democrats who are now opposed to this health care bill and they are now having second thoughts about Obama. This health care bill is our big chance to turn the tide against Obama. But both of my parents think Palin is a joke. It doesn’t matter that what they think about Palin is unjustified. The media won that battle and that is just the way it is. Deal with reality.

If Palin now makes comments, particularly emotionally based comments, then some independents and moderate democrats who are now turning against Obama might have second thoughts. We need these independents and moderate democrats on our side to have any chance of stopping socialized health care. And you know the democrats and the media will use Palin’s comments to their advantage with respect to these people.

You are an idiot.
YOU have no credibility.

Liberalism is about EMOTIONS, not facts.

Conservatives ALREADY are against Obamacare, based on facts.

Now, it is time for EMOTION!

(Honest, justified emotion, based on facts!)

I too disagree I think that what is going on right now is the real reason Sarah resigned, I some point this ";Cold Civil War" this "Peoples Revolution" is soon going to need a leader to coalesce around. It would have been hard for Sarah to remain Governor of Alaska while leading a revolution, because soon or later the two jobs would conflict, someone could even use ethic laws against her (what a novel idea using ethic laws against Sarah) because of the conflict. I think we have our own "Sam Adams" waiting for the right moment to come to the forefront when we need her and that time is soon. All this stuff about Obama being in danger is BS I think that Sarah is ten times more in danger than Obama, because once Obama gets over his own movements propaganda about Sarah and realizes what a threat she really is to him him and his thugs will move against her and move against her HARD! That's the Chicago way when a gangster perceives a rival gaining power they slapped them down quick and hard and Obama is a "natural gangster" with the ability and the will to make "Scarface" look like an ‘alter-boy’!

You are a political moron, if you really believe what you just posted.

I will put it THIS way:

There are members of the KKK that support Obamacare.

There are members of the KKK that oppose Obamacare.

If your parents are so darn stupid or prejudiced that they feel they most be total reactionaries, and opppose EVERYTHING that Sarah Palin says or does, then they are hopeless.

Also, if you want to prove us all wrong, that “the apple doesn't fall far from the tree” -— I suggest you rethink your arguments.

You make no sense, unless you are a Democrat troll.

Why don’t you present your parents with some facts as to why the media attack Sarah Palin or are your parents immune to facts?

Yours is the weakest argument there is , Oh I guess the dems have lied so much through the lapdog media I guess I’ll just give up and give them the battlefield.

BS Sarah said exactly what needed to be said, bureaucrats making life and death decisions is EVIL.

This is what is going to happen. Sometime over the next few days, either Obama, Pelosi, Reid, or some other democrat, while defending Obambacare, is going ridicule Palin’s comment the bill is “evil” or that there are “death panels”. Practically speaking, there ultimately may be “death panels”, but in the court of public opinion, it is easy for the democrats to rebut and ridicule that comment- and they will do just that and it will be effective in the eyes of moderate democrats and independents.

Now, if Palin had stayed strictly with a detailed criticism of the plan, then any response by the democrats would have to focus more on the substance of what she said.

Using the words “evil” and “death panels” is just plain stupid if you want increase your chances of converting the independents and moderate democrats that we need to win. And winning is what this is about.

You are flat out wrong. Sarah continues to win more support every time she issues one of these plainspoken statements. Contrasted against BO’s thuggery, she is a breath of fresh air.

Sarah will ALWAYS be attacked by the libs because they’re terrified of her. If not saying what you did, it’ll be something else. Our founding fathers gave up fortunes, lives and families for America. I doubt that Sarah will go to a corner and suck her thumb because some Satan-possessed media critter might make fun of her. Please! SHE will be our “straight-talk express”, not McCain, etc.

What she says, and how she says it, is what people will listen to. They might like what they hear, but at least they’ll hear. Once a seed is planed in their pea brains, it could germinate in to an actual thought over time.

It IS evil! It IS a death panel!!!!

Good God, man. So your parents would say, oh, okay obama, go ahead and kill me early because we don’t like Sarah Palin and she used the word ...........eeeeevil.

Your argument is pathetically weak.

You probably objected to Reagan’s term, “evil empire” for the USSR.

You probably objected to the term “axis of evil”

Evil is REAL, it exists, and it must be confronted, head on.

Cowardice is what you advocate.

Go quiver in the corner, if you must, but don’t expect the rest of us to clean up for you, after you wet your pants.

The "E" word sends liberals into a frenzy. Their ideology is based upon moral relativism. In "God and Ronald Reagan", Paul Kengor described their fit when the Gipper used the word "evil":

His use of the phrase "evil empire" sent some in American into a rage . . . The strongest denunciations of Reagan came from leftists in the American media and academe, the Western European political left and the Soviet Press.

... Anthony Lewis of the New York Times described the speech as "sectarian," "dangerous," "outrageous," "simplistic," before ultimately concluding it was "primative--the only word for it." "

. . .Historian Henry Steele Commager asserted, "It was the worst presidential speech in American history, and I've read them all."

(The New Republic) complained that Reagan was guilty of "staggering oversimplification." . . . the magazine called the speech "an orgy of cheap shots."

. . .Richard Cohen launched a flurry of salvos from the editorial page of the Washington Post. He began his column with this charitable Q & A : "What does Ronald Reagan have in common with my grandmother? Answer: They are both religious bigots." . . .

. . As it often did, the Soviet press cited negative American media reactions to bolster its case.

. . . Reagan was excoriated on Soviet TV by reporter Gennady Gerasimov. "In the eyes of the president," the USSR looked like a "demon or devil," stated Gerasimov. Reagan had spoken "almost as if he were God's vicar on earth." . . .

Michael Novak tells of a joyful dinner between U.S. and Soviet arms negotiators years after the Soviet collapse. When the group began speculating on which straw had finally broken the bear's back, a former senior general in the Red Army, a little flush with vodka, heatedly interrrupted. "You know what caused the downfall of the Soviet Union? You know what did it?" he thundered, slamming his fist on the table. "That damned speech about the evil empire! That's what did it!" The general was standing now. To the questioning eyes of one American, he added: "It was an evil empire. It was." . . more here

Nothing is more effective than cutting through to the heart of the matter and using moral terms to do so. Obama's plan is evil. There is no reason to debate with evil. It must be denounced for what it is.

I hope they do that but I doubt they will. Palin put them in the position of explaining when they stopped beating their wife.

Its even worse than that because when it comes to personal issues such as medical care, people are inclined to believe the worst. "What if Palin is right?" will be the thought. Pelosi isn't the brightest bug in the Democratic bayou but I doubt she is stupid enough to start a dialectic which has, as a premise, she and her party are the agents of evil.

I agree that it is evil and I agree that these will ultimately be death panels. But that is beside the point right now. In order to win this battle, it is necessary to try to understand how the people on the fence think and devise a strategy to get them on our side or keep them on our side.

And as I already said, in my opinion it is much easier for the democrats to defend against emotional, general criticisms like “evil” and “death panels” than it is specific, analytical reasons why the plan practically will lead to much poorer and more expensive health care for everyone.

This is a question of tactics and how best to stop Obama. As I said before, I think Palin’s words will be used over the next few days by the democrats in an effort to hurt our chances of stopping him.

So "death panels" is technically correct but mean huh? And please tell me how that can be said so the dems won't " rebut and ridicule". They lie its what they do get your facts together and "rebut and ridicule" them. Just don't tell me that the best way to go to war is by tying my tongue to words dems find accepable. Sarah's stated what she thinks about death panels are you afraid to state what you think? Your argument is ridiculous and appears to come from a desire to not offend the dems, believe me the sentiment won't be returned they will still paint you with the same brush they paint Sarah Palin.

Yes, the Rodents will use the Palin boogey woman. However, opposition to Obama Care is authentic. Independents will oppose the bill regardless of what Palin, Rush, Coulter, or the Birthers say.
