What we are seeing here is plans being made to hold people against their will, by the military, apparently without due process of law.

I am assuming the people you refer to here are American citizens who disagree with the current administration. If that is the case it has to be carried out with knowledge and consent of America's officers and senior enlisted.

That’s why we’re asking questions.

Are you suggesting that the National Guard can run an ad asking for people without there being some kind of upper level knowledge and approval?

This is not the normal status quo and something seems to be up.
