ANCHORAGE, Alaska - Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin called President Barack Obama's health plan "downright evil" Friday in her first online comments since leaving office, saying in a Facebook posting that he would create a "death panel" that would deny care to the neediest Americans.
"The America I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with Down Syndrome will have to stand in front of Obama's 'death panel' so his bureaucrats can decide, based on a subjective judgment of their 'level of productivity in society,' whether they are worthy of health care," the former Republican vice presidential candidate wrote.
"Such a system is downright evil," Palin wrote on her page, which has nearly 700,000 supporters. She encouraged her supporters to be engaged in the debate.
The claim that the Democratic health care bills would encourage euthanasia has been circulating on the Internet for weeks and has been echoed by some Republican leaders. Democrats from Obama on down have dismissed it as a distortion.

For those of you who are mechanically challenged, wing nuts are very useful fasteners. For those of you who see all threaded fastenings as needing a wrench it is difficult to understand the functionality of a wing nut.
seems like a few have emerged in the last few hours. Palin has stirred them big time now. Suspect it will be a flown blown attack from all sides.
She’s ok but the republican party needs another Reagan to recover. I can’t take her too seriously and don’t think she is the one to bring the party back. Raa raa, Palin but her exit as govorner makes her look weak in my opinion.
Thanks for the heads up. I just joined and contributed to her PAC. Whatever we give is an investment in a future as right now I’m not certain we have one.

I joined Palin’s Facebook page as a supporter back in late June. She had about 558,000 supporters then and now has over 698,000 supporters.
I’ve been keeping tabs also that 131,000 in a little
over a month. And these congress critters are surprised
to see a few hundred at there meetings. If this
health care passes they haven’t seen nothing yet..
I wonder if those deemed not worthy of continued life by obama’s Brown Shirts will be given the benefit of clergy before being euthanized.
