You make what you want of the post but, I have heard Barry O. say on more than one occassion as it is written "We are our brothers/sisters keeper".  Really?  Hope not.

 

False witness?  False Witness?!  So we are now liars?  Not misinformed?  The very things he calls us on the carpet for are in fact in the Eugenicare Bill.  That is pretty aggressive for someone who is suppose to be a uniter.  Name calling?  Yeah, that what's you do when the argument for your idea is weak or non-existent.

 

No take over of Health Insurance?  What is it called when you tell a person that no matter what they are going to have insurance.  Either the plan they are in now, which of course never stays the same or the plan the government, Forces you into.  The same one that will be run as well as the Beurue of Indian Affairs?  The Same one that provides Medicare?  The same one that provides the effieciency of a Post Office?

 

Seriously!  None of these programs will run a profit, which is required to keep up with inflation, provide an incentive for innovation and provide the wages necessary to supporting a medical system of competent care.

 

Barry O. disquises himself and cloaks himself in the sheepskin of the word of God and purposely obfoscates his own message by twisting the actual scripture to his own narrative.

 

He says we are on some Moral imperative.  What Moral imperative? 

 

The one where we tax 40% of the hard working Americans who actually pay taxes? 

 

The Moral imperative where 60% of America does not pay any taxes and in many cases gets a check back from, Who?  The other Americans who step up to the plate every payday, each quarter and at the end of the year and pay the Federal Tax the other 60% do not pay.  That's who!

What he means by a moral responsibility is that the government will take by force from those who have the ability and give it to those who have the need. The government is the enforcer of morality through mandated redistribution of wealth. The goal is to make everyone equally miserable, except for those in government leadership. You can bet that the POTUS and Congress won’t be suffering. The basic problem with socialism is that it refuses to learn from human nature. Socialism doesn’t work. People will not work unless they can enjoy the fruits of their efforts. If the government takes from the producers and gives it to the parasites, society will be filled with parasites and no producers.

If this is their new talking point, I think every time one of them tries to use this line, the conservative response should be, “OK, how about you post your W-2 on the Internet for all to see, and we'll see who is the greedy selfish one!”

I can guarantee you 99% of conservatives VOLUNTARILY give 10-20 time more to charity than liberals do!

How many of them have ever personally given their own money to charity, or much less to help an individual neighbor? How many of them have ever personally paid the medical bills of someone who supposedly can't get insurance? I'd like to know those numbers! I bet none of them ever have!
