(CNN) The White House has said President Obama plans to play golf and spend time with his family during his week away from Washington.
But it appears the president also wants to get some reading in: a lot of it.
White House spokesman Bill Burton told reporters Monday Obama's vacation reading list comprises five books, including tomes from New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman and historian David McCullough.

Sadly, I’ve heard Leftists quote it chapter and verse, then go right back to their contradictory statism.

I saw “Lush Life” about Teddy (my liver hurts) Kennedy at a book store/coffee shop while on vaca. Every morning I went to get coffee and every morning I flipped the books around. It was fun! Watching the pansy that ran the store as he tried to catch the culprit.

There is a big surprise. Gee, are there any books by Noam Chomsky and Thomas Friedman he hasn’t read and taken to heart? I am willing to bet “Guns, Germs and Steel” by Jared Diamond is one of his favorites.
Hey “Mr. President”, how about these?
“Liberty and Tyranny”
“What’s So Great About America?”
“Witness”
“Treason”
“Atlas Shrugged”
“Basic Economics: A Citizen’s Guide to The Economy”
“Lone Survivor”
“Catastrophe”

Will he go to a local bookstore and buy Larry Sinclair “Leaves of Grass”? Will he finally read all the “fishy facts” in HB3200 so he will stop prevaricating at the orchestrated town halls?

So...he's been supplied with five book jackets to place over the cover of his standard vacation pleasure reading material.
To: rightwingintelligentsia
I didn’t know he could read; since he was incapable of reading the deathcare bill.
I am surprised he didn’t sign the bills with an X.
