You’ve got a good point there. During the Cold War, we could justify it because propping up these friendly regimes was essential to our National Security strategies. Nowadays, there still may be some strategic interests we need to “buy off” but we really should take a look at the whole mess and see how much we can scrap as soon as possible.
Well maybe for TopQuik we would rather fight one large enemy, kick their putts and put an end to it or keep taking from the American people and failing everywhere.
