It has been repeatedly reported that there was no autopsy on Mary Jo, yet other reports state that she suffocated rather than drowned because there was no water in her lungs. Wouldn’t it take an autopsy to determine that?

By the way, how long does embalmed fetal DNA last?

IIRC, the Kennedy Clan made sure THAT little annoyance was taken care of. Mary Jo's body was cremated. No autopsy.

I have heard that even people who drown have very little water (maybe a teaspoon full or two) in their lungs. When you try to take a breath underwater your epiglottis closes and prevents water from entering so in truth all drowning victims suffocate.
