I want to see the Two ‘fer Act of 2011 after the new Congress comes in. If I were in office I would sponsor it myself. Any new “Act” of Congrres or “Law” must show specifically it constitutional authoirity, and then it must overturn two existing laws before it can be passed...naming those acts that it overturns sepcifically and providing for their demise within the wording of the bill.
