And yet, most of them will vote FOR their incumbent congressman/senator.
They claim that it is the 'other' representatives/senators who are the problem.
Thus, incumbency continues to win.

I did always vote for our GOP senator but I’ve never, ever voted for the Dim senator, but I know what you mean. It happens all the time.
