Sometimes creepy old men don’t have much luck talking with the adults because they belong to an evil cult that believes in Utopia with the government as an all knowing god.
I would tell him to preach his religion to someone else.

"to" as "2" and "year" as "yr" and "you" as "u" is totally unacceptable.
