Why has child molestation committed by illegal aliens become an epidemic?
Norfolk Crime Examiner ^ | April 21, 2009 | Dave Gibson

Posted on 09/02/2009 10:47:26 PM PDT by george76

a study conducted by the Violent Crimes Institute reports that between 1999 and 2006, there were nearly 1,000,000 sex crimes committed in the United States by illegal aliens.

So why does the crime of child molestation seem to be so prevalent among illegal aliens from Mexico?…The answer may lie within the age-old Mexican culture of "machismo," as well as within the actual laws of that country.

The crime of rape or child molestation is incredibly under-reported in Mexico, because there is so much shame placed upon the victim as well as the difficulty in proving the case.

The crime of kidnapping a woman for the purpose of rape and marriage against their will, or "rapto" as it is known in Mexico is actually a minor crime and rarely ever prosecuted. A Mexican legislator actually called the practice "romantic." Of course, this crime if committed in the United States would elicit felony charges and a penalty of 20 years to life in prison.

While rape is a serious crime in the United States, many Mexican nationals cannot understand why they are prosecuted on this side of the border. Often, a small payment of $10 to $20 to the victim´s family will settle the matter back in Mexico.

The most troubling and telling reason behind the growing epidemic of child molestation at the hands of Mexican illegal aliens, is the fact the age of sexual consent throughout the majority of Mexico is 12 years of age!

The only other nation in the world which boasts such a disregard for childhood innocence is Zimbabwe, where the age of consent is also 12.

"I stand by my previous statement"

It would be more accurate to say that you stand by your poorly informed opinion.

Sorry you feel that way. If you could illustrate how my opinion is poorly informed I would thank you greatly.

Sadly, my opinion is the culmination of a lifetime of cumulative experience and study. Don't know exactly why you think I'm ignorant; as every study on the link of machismo to rape has the same result, and is the basis of my opinion.

In addition, I live in Houston, where rape by Mexicans is rampant; My opinion is fully informed every time I turn on the news and see one more sad case. If anything YOU are poorly informed.

Your statement, "every time I turn on the news" means that you are basing your opinion on anecdotal evidence.

It’s partly their culture, but mostly because we’ve been invaded by an ARMY! A young, single, male, foreign criminal ARMY!

Roger Hedgecock is doing a good job on this issue...we are at WAR with the Mexican drug cartels for our land! We KNOW they just burned 88,000 last month in just one fire.

And it just hit home near the Oregon border....I was up all night...watering....the tidal wave of flames was less than 1/4 mile from my home...NO lightning.....not near any homes where it started...looks like Mexican growers.

This is about more than legalizing pot. We are losing California, and it won’t be the only state if this isn’t stopped. We have been invaded by a terrorist, well funded, well ARMED foreign organized crime!

The cartels are fighting each other for territory!! These camps have 50 plus guards on each farm.

Would anyone pay attention if it was the Taliban growing poppies on our land!????

It’s time to sue DHS under the ESA provision like the enviro freaks sue the government, where we could collect atty. fees because the feds won’t enforce immigration law to stop these foreign operatives from destroying ‘endangered species’ habitat.

WAKE UP!

What is an Army....by the US Border Patrol

Immigrant Effects, Part 10 (all 10 parts are amazing!)

The United States of America spent over forty years defending itself against a terrible foe. That foe was the Soviet Union.

The United States built 70,000 nuclear weapons of 65 different types to protect ourselves from a Soviet army of two million men. That two million man army was composed of Christians (the govenment leaders were definately not Christian) who were responsible for fine art, fine music, the first man in space and rockets to the moon.

What makes up an army? An army is made of men between the age of 15 and 35.

What comes across our border by the millions each year? Men between the ages of 15 and 35.

Afghan drug lords are now teamed with Mexican drug cartels to flood our cities with heroin. In Mexico, this Muslim Connnection to the drug cartels has brought beheadings to the streets of border towns. Many Mexican cities are now surrounded by Mexican Army troops and tanks — all to quel the violence. The city of Tijuana had its entire 3,000 man police force disarmed and replaced with Mexican Federal Troops.

What we have below are two images. One is of an enemy we fought tooth and claw for seventy years nearly bankrupting our country. The other we today invite across our border with welfare, free medical care, and more. The centers of many American cities are now controlled by MS-13 and others of the most violent gangs in America’s entire history. These gangs want to kill police and federal agents to rise in reputation among their own kind. Our prisons are now filled with a violent criminal class never seen before anywhere on earth.

In all of the 70 years of the Soviet Union — including the years of the proxy war of Vietnam.— they killed fewer Americans in total than Mexican Illegal Aliens do inside this country in a single year.

Guns, You are trying to reason with someone who is all for giving the country to illegal aliens and badgers anyone who doesn’t like it to death!

Mexico’s own president agrees with you.

Calderon Cites “Culture of Machismo”

Speaking at a Mexico City event to commemorate the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, President Calderon addressed what he called Mexico’s “culture of machismo,” acknowledging that millions of women face abuse and workplace discrimination despite the passage of laws targeting gender inequities and violence against women.

Earlier this year, Mexico enacted a law obligating authorities to prevent, punish, and eradicate violence against women, but only a handful of states have formally adopted the measure thus far. This week, Calderon signed an additional law aimed at preventing and punishing the trafficking and enslavement of women and children.

"Why has child molestation committed by illegal aliens become an epidemic?"

1. Because there is an epidemic of illegal aliens.

2. Because crimes against children are not vigorously prosecuted in this country.

3. Because if you try to rationally discuss the problem, you are immediately dismissed as a right-wing crazy that hates brown people.

4. Because weak-minded folks ponder questions like this without doing a darned thing about the problem. Apparently you are considered enlightened if you simply ask the question.

5. Because sex with youngsters is accepted in the latino culture. I haven't heard of an epidemic of child molesters among, let's say, illegal aliens from India.

6. Because the rational people in this country have been silent for too long.

I'm sure that that there are others, but that is right off the top of my little blonde head.

I think the fact that many illegal immigrants are men who arrive without their families is a big factor. They are horny and have no appropriate outlet for it. That’s why I thought Bush’s and MacCain’s temporary worker programs were terrible ideas.

For societal safety and stability, I think anybody who moves here ought to do so legally, and bring their spouse and minor children, because it will increase the likelihood of civilized behavior.

This threat is personal to me, as I have a pretty daughter, and we have had stray creeps who are illegal aliens wandering around nearby attacking girls and women. Just frequently enough to make very cautious.

Machismo? That's nonsense.

Everyone knows its because the young Mexican boys grow up looking at all the T & A on Mexican television which warps their mind and increases their libido.

No, he is basing his opinion on news reports which contain facts and information that is derived from reliable sources such as law enforcement personnel, legal documents, and criminal court proceedings.

Lordy, Lordy! I never thought I’d see a freeper defending TV news, where, if it bleeds, it leads.
