The eyewitness report from the pro-Obama person linked in #37 is provably inaccurate. This may not be intentional and may just reflect the common limitations of eye witness testimony. At least she's cooperating with police. She'd taken photos and had given them to the police, but hadn't posted them online. She refers to the victim as the guy in the orange shirt and mentions his cap. However, in the photo the Ventura County Sheriff's Department put out, trying to find the biter, the guy with the orange shirt and cap was neither the biter nor the 'bitee', but rather is standing between them. The man identified in that caption as 'bitee' Rice matches Rice in the Cavuto video. For a good print interview with Rice and real journalism (by Mary Katharine Ham) go here. I heard Steyn, hosting for Rush, interview the finger finder with another good eye witness report. I've not seen a transcript of that nor found the audio of it posted online, but presume it is available to those subscribing to Rush's pay side.
