A military Captain is asking for BHO to be proven a citizen. Basically she is seeking an injunction for her to disobey orders from a fraudulent CIC and she is seeking it to be certified as a class action to cover all active military personnel. (summary used from post #9)

If you get an order from your commanding officer and you have reason to believe that your commanding officer is not, in fact, a sworn member of the armed services but is an imposter, then are you obligated to obey that order and if not, how would you go about determining whether or not the order is lawful?

Would you not be entitled to be presented with evidence that the man giving you the orders is lawfully authorized by the military or the constitution to give those orders?
