(CNN) -- Could George W. Bush or some of his top aides end up behind bars?
It's extremely unlikely, but the Obama administration is taking its first steps along a path that could lead in that direction, with the investigation of Central Intelligence Agency interrogators involved in the war on terror.
"You don't know where these things are going to end up," former CIA agent Peter Brookes told me. "They could go to very high levels in the government."
The probe will focus on whether interrogators exceeded their instructions and broke the law when, for example, they choked a prisoner until he lost consciousness or threatened another one with a gun and a power drill.

Cannot even imagine the fire storm that would be set off if ZERO/Holder tried to go after Pres Bush or VP Cheney. This is going to get nasty as more and more people wake up to the fraud in the WH.

No, President Bush did NOTHING to deserve anything like what the Bush Derangement Syndrome people dream of doing to him...but they would love to keep him and VP Cheney front and center for as long as possible in order to mask from attention their many crimes against America.
THAT is the only reason they would pursue any kind of action against President Bush.
But should that occur, they need to understand, Americans cannot be brainwashed - the sleeping Giant is awake and hopefully will not go to sleep again!

I think Eric Holder is using the AG office to pay back every white man possible — while looking to turn loose as many black criminals as possible... clearly our AG is a bitter racist.

But will the votes count correctly in every state? Remember Soros has is SoS project to turn the Secretary of State in every state into a democrat and the electronic voting machines in many states are manufactured in Venezuela and heaven knows how they program them... everyone in every state in every precinct should demand a return to optical scanning voting... it works here, is fast and you stand and watch as they tally your vote through the scanner...

Soros is running into problems. He sent people in to OK to rally against our SoS — only one minor problem. Our SoS has nothing to do with the elections. Our Election Board Secretary is appointed by the head of the OK Senate who is a Republican. We are not the only state.
Lot going on behind the scenes by some GOP Chairs against the fraud in elections. No money in states to buy any machines that are programmable. OK votes optical scanning which is probably why we went so heavily for McCain and against Obama. One nice thing about the recession.
