Could George W. Bush end up behind bars?

(CNN) -- Could George W. Bush or some of his top aides end up behind bars?

It's extremely unlikely, but the Obama administration is taking its first steps along a path that could lead in that direction, with the investigation of Central Intelligence Agency interrogators involved in the war on terror.

"You don't know where these things are going to end up," former CIA agent Peter Brookes told me. "They could go to very high levels in the government."

The probe will focus on whether interrogators exceeded their instructions and broke the law when, for example, they choked a prisoner until he lost consciousness or threatened another one with a gun and a power drill.

This sort of symbolic kangaroo court is normative in leftist takeovers.

If he does I am ready to go to war.

This not quite a 3rd world country. Getting there fast but not quite.

{Could George W. Bush or some of his top aides end up behind bars?}

Only in a fantasy role playing game.

Now my fantasy role playing campaign would be for Reid/Pelsoi/Obama to conduct an investigation on Bush for War Crimes, then Boston suffers a 9-11 type attack. Under such a scenario, the RATS would be out of power in the foreseeable future.

I really don't want to believe these people are this dumbfoundedly stupid, but it seems as though they really are complete boilerplate dumbasses! They want to create chaos, but all that is doing is turning people away from them and their idiotic anti-american ideas.

What good for them could possibly come from this?

I'm afraid that this just couldn't happen, there'd be too many of us camped outside of his ranch and/or house with guns protecting him. :)...and I'm not even a huge fan of his...just an opponent of fascist oppressive governments.

This is just liberals trolling to get conservatives upset.

Would Texas give up Bush to Obama? I think they would break away from the Union first. In that day when the Republicans take over Obama and his crew will be behind bars and Bush Pardoned.

"Obama isnt going to be in office forever. Once the true damage this administion has done is known, he is goin to be lucky if he ends up in jail and not hung as a traitor."

"Fidel Castro isn't going to be in office forever"
Anonymous Cuban citizen, January 1, 1959

Hugo Chavez isn't going to be in office forever
Anonymous Venezuelan citizen the day before Hugo Chavez was assumed the authority to rule by fiat

Moral of the story, charismatic, self-anointed demigods don't gracefully give up the scepter of power.

The Obamunists and their Muslim terrorist allies would love this to happen. Holder’s witch hunt of the interrogators who successfully foiled further terrorist plots is the first step toward this ultimate goal. Such a move would be extremley divisive, perhaps leading to civil conflict. I doubt America’s Army would fire on the American people. One hopes Obama will be prudent.

Watch and see what happens if they try to put the bracelets on GWB43 or VPDC...

They aren’t after ‘W’, they will be satisfied with Dick Cheney behind bars. Personally, I don’t know whom is hated most by the nut-roots, Cheney or Karl Rove, but rest assured they are both hated. It will be interesting to see how the Obama Administration handles this given the fact that what ‘comes around - goes around’. Obama would have no desire to spend time behind bars for, as an example, RICO violations. Too far in one direction invites the pendulum to swing in your direction!
