“It’s neither, President Bush upheld the Constitution to the best of his ability, which was part of working with a Congress which was NOT fillibuster proof.”

So, ignoring the border and signing illegal bills was the best of his ability?

“Now, how is it that President Obama is justified in allowing Eric Holder to continue his reckless behavior of tying the hands of our CIA? Is this part of his oath in defending this nation to the best of his ability?”

I presume Bush intended to uphold his oath when he took it. I presume no such thing with Obama. Perhaps I shouldn’t have assumed more from Bush.

He didn't ignore the border, you are lying. Here's proof, from the GAO: http://www.gao.gov/new.items/d09244r.pdf

Which bills have you, now apparently a lawyer, deemed illegal? This should be interesting.

President Bush did uphold his oath, you continue to ignore the phrase 'to the best of his ability'.

This is what saves us from the tyrannical menace you seem familiar w/ to some degree, but unable to actually discern in real life, which is why so many people defend President Bush as a good man, despite the few differences we may have with some policy decisions he made.

Again, distracting us from the actual problem, which is our current president, who displays dictatorial tendencies like no American I've ever witnessed. Are you clued into this at all, or are you still whining over spilled milk?
