Verum Serum did all the heavy lifting on the story of this album but sadly they didn't quite realize what they had. They included the interview and mentioned it in the article but didn't describe or quote from it at all.
They ended their write up with this equivocating conclusion:
So therefore I think its reasonable to hold Jones responsible to some degree for the anti-war (and anti-American) views expressed on the album itself. Of course even if Jones personally shared the most extreme of these viewpoints, he was fully entitled to do so. But its also completely reasonable to question whether the radical nature of these views and his involvement in such an effort should have precluded him from being hired for such a prominent position (or any position) within the federal government. Cindy Sheehan must really be feeling left out at this stage.
At any rate, I'm glad they found the album and gave me a chance to drive one more well deserved nail in Van Jones' political coffin.
