I'm not surprised the so called mainstream environmental groups are supporting Jones. Most of these groups (Sierra Club, National Resources Defense Council, etc) have been taken over by radical types a long time ago. You see the radical lawyers are one hell of a lot smarter than the people who consider themselves environmentalists. They were easily duped by these scum bag lawyers. I know a number of long time members in the Sierra Club. They are just now beginning to understand that their leadership cares nothing about the environment but is interested in pushing hard left socialism. They are embarrassed that they have been made to look like fools but they are trying in vain to regain control of their organizations. They are fighting a losing battle because as I said the scum of the earth lawyers are a lot smarter than them.

America definitely needs a Czar reform bill. These jerks should either be elected by the people or nominated by the president and confirmed by the Senate. The bill should also do away with all those cabinet positions already in place that are supposed to be doing the jobs that these czars are being hired to do. One of the problems with BIG government is that there is entirely too much redundancy. Someone needs to make up their mind. Do we want cabinet members or czars? America can’t afford to have both. I posted this article mainly to show how much support Jones has from thd far left and the environmental community, something the leftist slant of the aricle does a vey good job of. Hence, no barf alert. Unlike most other dog gifts (apologies to my two wonderful dogs), he's going to be really hard to scrape off the administration's shoes. Of course, when it comes to this administration and the Illegal Alien, it's hard to see where the dog gift ends and the rest begins.

I agree with you analysis, and the proof of it is the fact that Van is still there.

Obama has the speech to the kids on Tuesday, and another address to a joint session of Congress on Thursday. If they allow this Jones business to percolate along until Tuesday Morning, all you’re going to hear is Republican after Republican coming up to the microphone and calling for his immediate dismissal. This will only get worse, and Obama has already sustained tremendous damage, whether he is smart enough to figure that out or not.

Van Jones is a gift to the Right, if only they can find a way to use this gift effectively.
