Arsenokoitēs is literally translated at least 2 males (since it is masculine plural) and a bed; more precisely a marriage bed (see below).
Koitē (a bed; noun feminine) - lying; a place of repose, bed, especially the marriage bed.
Koitē is found also in Romans 9:10 (10οὐ μό.νον δέ, ἀλ.λὰ καὶ Ῥε.βέκ.κα ἐξ ἑ.νὸς κοί.την ἔ.χου.σα, Ἰ.σα.ὰκ τοῦ πατ.ρὸς ἡ.μῶν) "And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac;" It is a sexual term. Koite is the Greek root from which we get the English Coitus. So literally 1 Cor. 6:9 is 2 men sharing a marriage bed engaged in sexual relations. Clear as a bell. Translators are quite right.
So is this nutball going to stand before God now and accuse HIM of causing 'mental anguish'???? My guess is Hell is full of peeps suffering mental anguish, so now is the day to repent instead of issuing lawsuits.
