We were granted an emergency hearing for Captain Connie Rhodes, MD, flight surgeon, who is scheduled to be shipped to Iraq day after tomorrow on September the 12th. I got an e-mail from her earlier today and she spoke of leaving for GA. Nothing about expedited discovery. Besides, Carter would not make such a faux pas to have DOJ jump on for dismissal. The dates have been set to consider each step in the process. SOmeone is lying to get a rise out of birthers. Has NS been around today? Or WOSG? That seems to be their thang.
