I have no idea why he felt it necessary to jump at the top of the thread ( in one of the first 5 reply spots) just to trash the idea of the thread. He didn't offer facts , just "attitude" about it not being important. Well, it is important. We're all trying to piece this thing together because it sure looks like the MSM didn't do a lot of "vetting"...

Notice how the MSM handled John Edwards? Same thing. They didn't publish anything about the love child until a picture was about to be published in a tabloid.

The Public has a right to know... When it's a Republican - like Palin's child - they run with a rumor. No matter how damaging or unlikely the rumor is... because they can't wait to stick it to a Repuclican.

When it's a dem - we get the "cover" part of coverage. They "cover" for the dems. It's awful.

Some people are simply like that, and the internet tends to attract them. They'd rather argue over frivolous crap and put down anything that isn't their own than do something productive. That's why I avoided him for so long - I immediately suspected a troll, and only when things died down did I enter the fray...and confirm that suspicion.

The press corp clearly doesn't vet dems like Obama, so this has as much to do with creating an accessible, visible, and permanent repository of information on him as it does with "breaking" news. Its a shame that some self-styled "conservatives" don't get that.
