I give Hannity credit for reaching a large audience and in many ways carrying the flag while Limbaugh draws the fire. He is cozy with a lot of liberals, but he can get the big guests that wouldn't talk to one of the more caustic hosts. The problem with his radio show is that he is very repetitive. He may be very deep and substantive, but it never comes through. He gets too caught up in who's winning points day to day. I can't watch his television show anymore and my wife just gave up on him completely. He is catching O’Reilly syndrome. He interrupts and talks over way too many people. Conservatives should be able to win on the facts. Condescension and smarmy are not attractive and won't win anyone.

Hannity has a different and more standardized broadcast style, but truth is the repetitiveness is something we are all taught.

He truly does have a new audience every 15 minutes and it pays to bring them up to speed. Problem is he does not have Rush's finesse in doing so. Hannity is a true believer and has carved out his own niche but lacks the charisma of a Beck or Limbaugh.

Another minor problem Hannity has is he comes after two of the most charismatic broadcasters in the biz, Rush and Beck. He is sort of a let down but its not his fault.
