I wonder if he kept his finger in the trigger when holstering it.

Retards like this shouldn’t have guns.

My first thought too. The guy should have kept his bullet in his pocket

What? The bullet caused all the damage, and his hands of course.

Why did he have a gun in a courthouse? Was he a cop?

The plastic was probably made in China, test it before condemning this person.

Thats what I wondered. From the article

“It was unclear why Bruno had a weapon at the courthouse, and his lawyer could not immediately be reached for comment Wednesday evening. “

He claims the retention strap got inside the trigger guard, thus pressing the trigger to the rear as the firearm was pushed into the holster. It’s not particularly uncommon.

More likely he wasn’t looking at what he was doing with a loaded pistol. I think I see some strategic lawyering here. Whoever gave him his handgun training was not named as a defendant in the article. If that’s the case, it makes discovery that much more difficult and costly for the other defendants. They may decide to settle if the cost of looking at the plaintiff’s training records is high enough.

Serves him right for buying an uncle mikes holster. Holsters should be selected with as much care and consideration as the gun that is going to be carried in them. Spending $100-$150 on a holster isn’t that big of a deal if you consider a quality holster will last you for up to 20+ years if oiled and taken proper care of.

Before folks gravitate to a Glock they better understand it’s a shoot first, ask questions later weapon.

I have Glocks as well as others. Trust me when I say it is pure BS when Glock or anyone else tells you Glocks have safeties. The most dangerous thing you do with a Glock is to holster it. Most Glock owners know this and take precautions.

Only an idiot would do that; but that’s exactly what this clown is. An FBI agent in Florida I know has the exact same holster with absolutely no problems. What a nimrod this guy was or still is!
