We’re stuck with Lugar until 2012, at which time he’ll be 80. He might still run again. Conservatives need to be lining up options to him. In 2006 the Democrats didn’t even run against him and Lugar won with 87% of the vote. The main opposition was a Libertarian who got 12%. Looks like a good opportunity for a needed upgrade.
