One thing I see in medicine is that they are now the equivilants of the engineering departments in manufacturing, of most hospitals. The hospitalists have little influence and lots of responsibility. A number of them dislike working for the hospital but also dislike going out on their own.
The want security.
This has been coming for Decades: since Govt stuck its Camel’s nose under the tent creating redistribution scams like Medicare. And now Docs are realizing that it’s about to Bite Them where it hurts. Wage suppression.
Who’d a thunk that just a teensy little bit of LBJ feel good socialism could have grown into even more socialism?

Sadly many nurses don’t.
Nurses as an aggregate are dumber than rocks. I remember how many nurses lost their jobs in Canada as a result of Canadian health care changes.

I’m guessing 100,000 physicians show up.
The network news estimates their numbers at 7,000
Then they trot out one physician who wants Obama-scare and give him oodles of air time.
The 100,000 are then presented as a fringe element who are financed by “big insurance”

They are not planning on dealing with anything, they’re working on crashing the system. Do a google search of the Cloward-Piven strategy and read the blueprint the demcoraut party is operating on. Everything the demcorats and their fascist messiah are doing is designed to destroy more jobs, more retirement security, more medical security, more military security, etc. The democrats are executing what they have lusted for ever since Reagan, to sweep aside the old Republic and replace it with a federal oligarchy forever in demcorat party hands. And they are succeeding beyond even their wildest dreams and faster than they could have imagined possible, with fifth column domestic enemedia carrying to the public continuously their deceits for them.
