Reassigning a teacher who is doing this sort of emotional damage, and sounds stupid as well, is not that much different from the Priests who were shuffled off to elsewhere. Abuse is abuse and mental and emotional abuse is sometimes more insidious. The district is putting itself at risk for a very large lawsuit because the next time she abuses there is no way they can claim not to know. Children deserve better. We are supposed to protect them.
