I have the right to take you straight up to the top of the Grand Jury and the federal government and file charges against your parents and garnish whatever wages are in your houses; that's the law,

I don't think that most 7- and 8-year-olds even know what "garnish" means.

However, in Texas, garnishment of wages is not permitted, except for child support payments and "spousal maintenance". It's in the state Constitution.

There are exceptions for certain federal obligations, such as taxes and student loans.
