There was a case similar to this in the Everett School District in WA state. District decided to put a camera in the classroom without telling her or the union. Caught red handed.

Know what happened? Initially, she was suspended. Union jumped in and stirred up membership about hidden cameras being used for this sort of thing. Teacher reinstated, in the classroom.

Superintendent? Fired. Assistant Sup? Fired.

Actually, cameras in every classroom might go a long way to cleaning up what’s wrong with our education system but I know the NEA members would oppose it with every strength they have (political pull).
