It is WRONG to steal that which belongs to someone else,notwithstanding what they teach in gubbamint schools. Theft of intellectual property is a crime.
Worse the Left wants Beck to lead many people to a 3rd party and cause a split between Conservatives. Marxist win .
Oh please, Beck didnt steal anything from levin. He may have quoted from his book (dont know if he did or not)but that is not stealing...people do it all the time. Now a small, ego driven person who is jealous of another may say.. hold on there...you have to mention my name if you quote anything from may book....I want credit....put my name out there... Thats idiocy because Beck said people wouldnt have revolted against HCR its fact. Conservatives dont worship leaders let alone tv show hosts. We base our opinions on documents and principles. To think that we needed to push all these radical policies to create a back lash is laughable its like shoot me in the head that will piss off my family.
“Backbencher” is the term Levin always uses for other radio/TV hosts who supposedly steal his ideas and don’t credit him for them. His usual “backbenchers” are Joe Scarborough, Michael Savage, and now Glenn Beck.

If Beck clarified that having Obama as POTUS is better because he woke up a portion of the electorate then I would agree with him, but that’s not what he said.
Stating simply that McCain would have been worse is just plain wrong, as much as I despise McCain.
I think if we had the off year elections today, we would win big. The problem that I see is that the MSM didn’t catch on soon enough to lie enough to prevent the 1994 results. They recovered in time to 24/7 rehabilitate Clinton to give him another term, also Clinton being the craven political hack that he was listened to the other craven political hack Dick Morris just enough to trick the electorate into giving him another term.
We have the same pattern today, a wildly overreaching President totally out of touch with mainstream America. Will he wake up in time to get a second term? We know the media will help him, but will he pretend to tack towards the center like Clinton?

Do you have the date of the broadcast that Beck read from Liberty and Tyranny? I know the shows are archived and I would like to see it.
You see, we get Mark at 8 here in Detroit. I was watching Beck the day that Mark said what you wrote. I own and have read, many times, Mark’s book. I love it. I listened that night and didn’t remember a quote from the book. I remember lots of information, but all I could think of was the information on Cass Sunstein that was in L&T but also could have been found anywhere. Quotes from Sunstein and such.
So if you could reference the date, I would really appreciate it. I’m a fan of both men.
Then he came on FR and tried to carry it further by trashing Beck (see the Levin show thread from Tuesday).... I am left to wonder if he had hopes of getting that time slow last year and is upset they chose Beck over him? Ingraham (who I like) bombed in that spot and Beck’s ratings are exploding.

I watch Beck and listen to Levin. I’m fans of both and would like to see what Mark is talking about by watching Beck’s archives.
I don’t think Hannity has ever mentioned Glenn since the day he came to work at Fox.
who cares about rating I want my country back. We see what worshipping a politician does now we have many on our side that cant think for themselves and worship a person who wants to lead us to a 3rd party and a 100 years of darkness.

Show me where Beck did this....Show me where Beck quoted anything of levins book and said he(beck)came up with it. You cant because he didn't do it. If beck plagiarized levin surely "the great one" is enough of a lawyer to sue him for it.

I want to know the exact quote from Levin’s book that Beck quoted..... if you have a link or a clip then bring it on, otherwise, I hear Beck discuss the constitution and the founders all the time, and he talks about the books he read on the founders (he has read several in the past few months and mentions them by name all the time on his show)....
I like both but if I had to choose I’ll take Levin. Glen Beck just gives me the feeling that he is always on the edge of the precipice about to fall off. Wouldn’t want him watching my back in a fight, fire or otherwise. But he’s done some fine work.
Someone has to have the dates of those shows.
All Beck’s shows are archived for everyone to watch.

I am going to start watching Beck for this purpose, inspite of my new found knowledge on this and begin to notes when he does it.
You see Mark toiled over every word in his book as you know and is quicker to recognize it as you would be as well, if you spent hours rephrasing and rephrasing just to get something to perfect pitch and rhythm.
I think we Levin fans will all be on watch now even though I’m fairly sure Mr. Levin can take care of himself!
