From this image it is clear there is no raised seal anywhere on the exhibit, but the liars and their affirmative action liar-in-chief keep trying to get you to doubt your own eyes. This is why it’s good to see the images; there *is* a seal on the COLB. It’s not as prominent as on the wrinkly amended COLB above, but it’s there.
Zoom in to full size, and focus on the area of the COLB right above the “JUN 6 2007” stamp. About four rows of hash marks directly above the “JUN” is the bottom of the circular notary seal. The right side of the circle is the most visible part.
