I do not know about that, all this brought many memories back to me about how Alanta won the 1996 games and the city that was trying to out bid Alanta, Athens WANTED the games badly because it would be held in the same city that got the modern games going a century earlier, in 1896 at the time. We remember what happened, Atlanta got the games and Athens was told YOU ARE NOT READY. I get the same FUNNY GUT FEELING Rio will get the same answer. History tends to repeat itself.
