If I were head of the EU right now my main concern would be safety and security against terrorism. With the advent of Iran on the verge of getting a nuclear weapon (probably only weeks away) and the saber rattling of the Soviet Union of late as well as the total capitulation and appeasement of the Obummer administration to the Soviets with regard to Eastern Europe, I think more than ever before that Europe as a whole or as individual countries need to prioritize security concerns not only against Middle East terrorism but also against the distinct possibility of the return of the Cold War as well as the return of Soviet imperialism rdprvislly against those countries that border it (including Turkey).
