If true, I suggest honorable and courageous Generals start screaming bloody murder about the changes in the ROE and explain how Obama’s changes are inflicting defeat upon the USA.

It still makes Obozo a big loser. We only want the troops out because he is too inept and self absorbed to run a winning strategy.
