Skelton was the sorry sumbitch who moved Army Surveying School from Ft. Belvoir to Ft. Leonard Wood, aka, Fort Lost in the Woods. Had to endure 22 weeks of 51-Tango training in a land with summers like Mississippi and winters like Minnesota.
