I guess I have a problem with Colombus’ actually “discovering” this continent.
There has been a lot of relics found, including Roman coins and Viking stuff and red-haired “indians”, that would lead us to believe that maybe he really wasn’t the first European. Just got the credit.

By childish definitions of "discovery," Alexander Fleming couldn't discover penicillin, either.
It already existed.

Reminds me of the debate that "welfare," as used in the Constitution, refers to the means of creating and permanently maintaining a human pet underclass.
