The Senate Finance Committee has passed 14-9 the Baucus Healthcare Bill. Below are the highlights of the bill. It's being marketed as a "middle-of-the-road" plan. Huh! If you like being forced to buy insurance that will be regulated by the federal government and with a backdoor for a Death Panel, then this is really your cup of hemlock. More unhealthy news, a health bill will likely end up on the floor of the Senate next week, but it will be this bill intertwined with what comes out of the health committee, which is even more anti-individual pro-prying into people lives....

I think that what will happen if this crap actually gets passed and signed is a wave of state level legislation which asserts 10th amendment rights.

This of course will lead to some major court battles that will wind up in the Supreme Court where this Marxist congress will get bitch-slapped so hard they will be spinning all the way through defeat in the 2012 elections.

The lib-tards that don’t get ousted next year will end up spending their next 2 years in office opposing Obama at every turn to salvage what very little is left of their political careers.
