Hey its coming from medved. No way it or he is conservative.Nothing this guy has to say interest me but to let anything this guy says slide by just aint happening. People who I don't like or agree with have taught me a lot in my life. That is because I trust my own filter to consider the source and the logic of each thing a person says on its own merits. Michael Medved is a genius, so he has some great ideas. But Michael Medved is also a moderate, so I disagree with much of what he says. This article suprised me in its position, because it is a rebuke of moderate policy and is well-reasoned.

Crawling on your knees is even less appealing.

Who said anything about crawling? Being civil isn't crawling, and believe me, there are a lot of people who just turn the TV off when folks start yelling at each other on the opinion shows. If they have someone who can explain the conservative positions, and do it in a positive, happy way, they'll be drawn to them.

Folks here at FR like the 'red meat', but frankly, many other Conservatives and Independents don't particularly care for it, and will simply tune it out. If we want to reach the maximum number of potential voters, we'd better consider how they listen.

Coming from one who puts faith in unicorns, I promise your derision is not having the desired effect.

Which just begs the question: why don’t we have our own media? And no Fox News doesn’t count. Conservatives make up nearly 40% of the population, yet we’re stuck having our message disseminated to the public by our enemies. We’re are the conservative businessman who could launch such an endeavor? Why haven’t they stepped up?
