Huh? That makes no sense. I'm not a birther. You are describing birthers.
"We Birther patriots want the Constitution upheld, not trampled on like you and your usurper fraud buddy "occupying" the Oval Office are doing."
Here's a clue for you. You don't have to like Obama to think birthers are off base.
Here's another one. When people twist the words of the Constitution and try to undermine it, and the rule of law it enacts, they aren't trying to "uphold" it.
Good. Then please don't describe me as one.
"You are a Troll!"
Is that a term for someone that doesn't fall for silly theories?
"Bingo! You're describing "your guy" Barry Soetoro to a tee!"
Nope. I was describing birthers. Pretty fair description too.
In conclusion, P.A. Madison draws attention to Rep. John A. Binghams (OH) comments about Section 1992 of the Revised Statutes. Rep. Bingham is the author behind the equal protection clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
Every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen. (Cong. Globe, 39th, 1st Sess., 1291 (1866))
P.A. Madison provides context to Binghams definition.
Bingham subscribed to the same view as most everyone in Congress at the time that in order to be born a citizen of the United States one must be born within the allegiance of the Nation. To be born within the allegiance of the United States the parents, or more precisely, the father, must not owe allegiance to some other foreign sovereignty (remember the U.S. abandoned Englands natural allegiance doctrine). This of course, explains why emphasis of not owing allegiance to anyone else was the affect of being subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.

What do you suggest should be done to determine if he is eligible?
(You didn’t answer my question earlier, just reminding you!)
There is no right to be President.
There are two other errors in your anti-American tirade, but you should concentrate on this one now ;and come to understand why you are so utterly bereft in your understanding. We can get to the other two later. Hope this helps.
The RNC couldn’t have litigated to remove the DNC’s illegal British Presidential nominee from the ballot; since the RNC had itself nominated an ineligible Panamanian candidate.
Hope this helps.
I don’t agree that Joy Behar looked nervous. She didn’t miss a beat, but then neither did Orly, who at least managed to get some of the facts to the unwashed ignorami out there.
Ugh I hate Joy Behar. What a stupid bit^ch she is. Orly did well, Joy acted like the idiot this time.
Holy sh*t. We agree. The world must be coming to an end.
I only saw one person in that clip who was nuts - and it wasn’t Orly.
Poor Joy. She hates Bush so much that she can’t think straight.
_____________
Pathetic isn’t she? She’s a total Pinko and she’s ugly as sh*t.
The point is, she is saving it, which is what she should be doing, finally! What good attorney lays their case out for the entire world to pick apart. Stupid. Maybe some good attorneys gave her some needed advice. I think she did ok against Joy. Granted, that’s easy to do.
Amen
You nailed that one. BINGO~!
If I were you, I wouldn’t put keep saying how important those announcements are. You may end up looking like a fool. Take that for what it’s worth and that’s all I’m saying.
Or she's got nothing to begin with and it's all talk.
What good attorney lays their case out for the entire world to pick apart.
We're not talking 'good attorney'. We're talking Orly Tatiz.
Maybe some good attorneys gave her some needed advice. I think she did ok against Joy. Granted, thats easy to do. Granted.
Because they believed, and I certainly don't disagree, that so far as the president is concerned loyalty to the country should be acquired at birth and not something gotten when you are an adult.
Then you have no proof at all do you?
Now for legal proof, you'd need his birth certificate, a real paper one, certified with raised seal, and possibly with affidavits.
And what, other than you opinion, identifies that as the gold standard of proof of natural-born citizenship?
You'd also need some proof, that the person named on that BC as his father (if any!) was indeed not a US Citizen.
I don't think that anyone is claiming that he was. But that fact is irrelevant.
An honest man would be fully cooperating with those investigations, as long as they were limited to the single question of eligibility.
A man who believes he has already more than fulfilled that requirement would not be inclined to cooperate just to humor you.
In an earlier case, his lawyers claimed something on the long form would be deeply and personally embarrassing.
Which case? Quote please.
Bastardy perhaps, or a father other than BHO Sr. is about the extent of what it could be, that is not already known, such as his mother being "Caucasian", and still not constitute being ineligible, which would certainly be deeply embarrassing, to say the least.
And why is that something you need to know in order for him to prove his eligibility?
Why? Doe being labeled a 'Birther' annoy you?
I asked you earlier what your opinion was of Obama getting tax-payer attorneys free for a crime he may have committed before he was elected. You quote me the regulation in response. Is that your opinion "whatever?"
Like it or not, Obama is the president. When you sue the president then you sue the U.S. and the Justice Department handles the defense, so no. I have no problem with the U.S. Attorney representing Obama or any other president from nuisance lawsuits.
You have a problem squirming out of apologies and admitting when you're wrong. Your purpose here is just disruption and thread extender.
Not when I'm wrong, no.
I'm at work and watching videos is kinda frowned on. I wanted to watch it last night but got wrapped up with "honey-dos". As soon as possible, I would like to view it and see how it actually went down.
