I am working my way through Sibre Fan’s evidence that makes him believe that the framers did not use Vattel’s definition of Natural Born Citizen as the requirement for President and Vice President.
IT appears that there has been a slow replacement of Vattel’s Natural law that the founders relied on with more of a Blackstone framework.
The Fourteenth Amendment did not surplant or modify the meaning of Natural Born Citizen. And I do not see that any other case did either. But I am still reading and digesting and absorbing the thoughts.
I am not sure what they teach in Law School but the responses that we get from educated lawyers (for the most part) seems to be a robotic action. “There are only two types of citizens Natural Born and Naturalized.” Like this was ingrained in them. Liberals tend to do that and liberals control the education process.
Unfortunately, as soon as the Constitution was penned people were trying to tear it down.
Unless you use the historical/legal definition of natural born citizen used by the First Congress of 1790, the author of the 14th Amendment, and the unanimously approved Senate resolution SR511 of 2008, requiring both parents to be citizens, in which case he is clearly not a natural born citizen.
Unfortunately, the article does not prove that he was born in Kenya. Just that Kenyans liked to claim him as being from Kenya. Since his “father” was from Kenya that could be enough to make them hold that belief.
But somebody should be holding all of the little miscellaneous tidbits on a thumb drive just for history sake.
Who knows when someone will decide to eliminate that as well.

Well you need to find a Judge. It was easy for Obama in Illinois. The law seems to mostly work for the Democrats.

You can only reach that conclusion if you didn't read the the law because it says: "the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens".
Look up the meaning of the words: "that may".
Let me translate that for you: "children of citizens of the United States are natural born citizens, even though they may have been born here, there, or elsewhere."
Senate resolution SR511 in 2008 used that definition and by that definition alone Obama should not be sitting in the Oval Office.
The 1790 Naturalization Act covered those born overseas only, as did SR511. So unless your claim is that only those born overseas of two U.S. citizen parents are natural-born citizens then I fail to see the relevance.

The grandmother thing is not clear. It depends on what version you want to believe.
I thought the Kenyan BC on the cloth was unclear. But a lot of effort was made to make it look like a fabricated BC with details of how they faked the document. But they could have faked the fake. I do not believe that they could have generated the seal with a coin impression.
The footprint Kenyan BC is also unclear - but without examples from that hospital during the same year it is not conclusive. What is clear is that there is alot of mud in the water. It is also clear that there are many people trying to muddy the water and to say things are crystal clear when at best they can say that it is inconclusive.
The credit bureau report should have been scrubbed twice to remove cases where it was apparent that it was some other person. My reading of the list is that there is at least a Chicago address where we know Obama resided and he used another SS #. This is not proof that he is ineligible. Just shows a typical liberal attitude to get away with all that you can.
Not sure why anyone would give a false affidavit WRT seeing Holder in a coffee shop with Judge Land. But I will agree that Orly should have been less confrontational with the Judge.
But maybe she is crazy like a fox. And she is willing to be thrown in jail to elevate this story onto the front page.
There is no denying that Obama has sealed up all independent evidence of his past. That alone does not lend credibility to anyone believing his stories and fabrications.

I am circumspect about the information that is out there. There is no smoking gun yet. But it is difficult to trace through a past so convoluted and murky as Obama’s.

Its a free country and everyone is entitled to their opinion. We are all free to dislike Obama. BUT, he was elected as our president. If he was elected without a lot of his personal business being brought out, that is the electorates fault. He’s the president, said, done,and over with.
What Orly has done wrong is to turn it into a frivolous lawsuit. You do not get to sue someone because you are suspicious. Our legal system doesn’t work that way. Birthers don’t get to change all the rules and laws because they don’t like the president. Sorry ‘bout that, but its time for birthers to friggin grow up.
The people on FR who point these simple truths out to birthers are not trolls, lefties, commies, dupes, etc. They are adults and you better be glad they are willing to do it.
If the birthers had their way, without being called out on it by their fellow freepers, Free Republic would become a laughing stock and its credibility would go to zip. Well, it might be “frivolous” to you but to those of us who have and are putting our lives on the line to fight for this country and our families don't think there is anything at all "frivolous" about who our CIC is.

I’m not God. I just watched the election returns on TV. I didn’t care to watch him get inaugerated, but the picture was in the paper.
I work in the legal field, so yeah I do know what a frivolous lawsuit is. If you don’t, then read the 43 page decision by Judge Land to sanction Orly. It’s pretty easy to follow and goes into great detail.
And, if you a soldier, you swore an oath to uphold the Constitution and it don’t matter whatever idiot the electorate put into office. It would be like you deciding that since you didn’t like your Colonel, for example, you decided to sue him on the suspicion that he was really a Russian. You would find yourself either in the brig and discharged.
I grew up on military bases, and what with the regular application of my dad’s Air Force belt on my backside, I know full well how to say “Yes, sir” and “No, sir” and how to follow orders.
