The overall view that I came up with is that Joy Behar is an advocate. She should have been a lawyer herself. At least in her adversarial approach to Dr Taitz. She tried to tie Orly in with some sort of paranoia (not Joy's word) that of being formerly of the Soviet Union. A cheap shot possibly. Irrespective of the merits of the case, I know it is very hard to set it aside, what of Joy?
Now Larry King once made this comment on the Republicans.

We are dealing with an immense cheering section for the President of the United States. Joy should clarify her role. Other than that, she does have her nice moments.
Yeah, but Orly is inflicting bomb damage on what is (purportedly) her own side, and that is where the flak is coming from. If she was a combat pilot, old Wrong-Way-Orly would be getting court martialed, not commended.

Orly acquitted herself very well in that clip. She actually did better than Ann Coulter, who appeared on that ****’s show and was uncharacteristically deferential in the clip I saw.

1. The “trial” proceeds next year and Orly and all birthers are publicly humiliated and torn to shreds in the court and in the MEDIA - and this plays into a time line of the 2010 elections giving the Dems an advantage. It doesn't matter what kind of "evidence" Taitz has or doesn't have - the fix is in.
2. The majority of the TARP money has purposely been withheld until next year so that it is pumped into the economy before the 2010 elections. This is not in the best interests of the country and economics, but is in the best interests of the Democratic party. In politics, timing is everything.
