What I meant was what was the outcome of the court hearing last week. I recall that we were waiting to hear further from him in terms of whether he was going to dismiss the whole thing or let it continue.

He hasn’t ruled on the Defense Motion to Dismiss yet. She is assuming that the case is going to trial no matter what. It’s not a definite.
