I agree, but a judge here in the US didn't so now we have to choose between criminal or POW. POWs have fewer rights and chances for appeal than criminals.
You and I both know where this is going...aquittal and freedom for terrorists...
As soon as they get of a plane motions will be filed for dismissal on the grounds their constitutional right have been violated...
I’m sure the ACLU has the motions allready typed up ,and a lawyer ready to file them...
