Just thinking...if 1/8 are keepers, I am guessing there is also 1/8 that aborted. So the real rate of inflation is 1 in 4.

Welfare and support is the reason they do it. Put them in a special girls school, put the kid up for adoption because the mother is unable to support them. Segregrate—not integrate them.

This is one of the reasons for the big push for Obamacare being passed. Then, the gov’mint can raid some of that Medicare money that covers mostly those old white people. They can push it into the ghettos, such as Chicago, so the string of unaccountable exsitance can continue the string of one generationt to the next. A never-ending burden on society.
As a society we are so totally screwed.

Each kid is worth $400.00 a month plus food stamps, WIC coupons, Section-8 free housing, After about the 3rd kid they are making enough money there is no need to worry about anything except when the mailman brings the check. Just hope he doesn’t interupt them when they are watching Springer. When the kids get old enough to go out on there own say 9 or 10 they just cut them loose in the projects to fend for themselves. Just as long as those checks keep coming.
Years ago, a Black 16 yr old was pregnant by her mom’s boyfriend. They needed to replace a welfare amt. because the oldest was out of the house and they would lose some money. So, this girl’s pregnancy added the money back—as she was to live there. She was crying to me that she wanted to be a hairdresser and go to school for this. I felt badly for her, but told her to go to school anyway.
Look to the future, and get out of that house(especially with the mom’s boyfriend there).
No one wants that. But what other solution is there?
The facts of life are that these girls can make more money on welfare (when you add up the value of all the benefits, including medicaid, section 8 housing, etc) than they can on a minimum-wage job. Plus they can work "off the books" on the side.
Reduce benefits to the point where surviving on welfare as a single mom is sufficiently hard, and you will have much fewer single moms.
DUH. Get pregnant, have a kid, and get on welfare for the rest of your life. You'll never have to pay your own bills - ever. It's a teen agers dream come true.
There's no reward for growing up and doing the right thing. You'll become nothing but a tax paying slave.
Doing the wrong thing will bring you unlimited government manna for life. All that free cheese!

Alternatively, she could have refused in the FIRST PLACE to go on ADC, and entered into a monogamous, married, nuclear family living arrangement.
NO ONE is forcing these people to live on the government dole. Additionally, there is no such thing as the cycle of poverty: to state it quite conservatively, equality of opportunity has existed in America for decades.

The problem is, they do not think they are finished. They now start drawing the government checks, and the more kids they have, the more money in each of those checks. They think they just won the lotto for life. (and in some ways they did) Uncle daddy will take care of them for the rest of their lives, and all they have to do to keep it coming is vote for everything with a D after its name.

How about a slighlty milder, but similar approach.
Instead of banning fathers from welfare households, ban televesions, iPods, video games, cell phones, other electronics, and any other non essential. No designer clothes would be allowed, only government issued, basic clothing would be permitted.
If these items are given as gifts by relatives, they should confiscated and sold to help pay for the welfare benefits.
Also, instead of food stamps or cash, issue them vouchers for a bag or rice, a bag of peas, a dozen eggs, some oatmeal, milk, a few fresh fruits and vegetables, and a few other staples. No convenience foods, deserts, treats, snacks, alcohol, tobacco, take out food, etc., would be allowed in a welfare household.
That way, nobody would starve (in fact they would eat much healthier), but practically nobody would want to stay on welfare.
I recognize they are young and stupid. The real issue is that statistically none of them will ever go on to do anything. Its like being in a science fiction movie where you are plugged in and all you get is life support. You never get freedom from the government, the next welfare check, or the ability to do as you please. You are a prisoner as surely as you had chains on your hands and feet.
