This is one of the reasons for the big push for Obamacare being passed. Then, the gov’mint can raid some of that Medicare money that covers mostly those old white people. They can push it into the ghettos, such as Chicago, so the string of unaccountable exsitance can continue the string of one generationt to the next. A never-ending burden on society.
