VIENNA — Pressure mounted on Iran to agree a UN-brokered nuclear deal Friday after Russia approved a proposal under which it would enrich uranium for the Islamic Republic.

Friday is the deadline for Iran to agree to a deal, drafted by the International Atomic Energy Agency after talks between France, Iran, Russia and the United States this week, aimed at breaking the seven-year deadlock on the Iran's suspect nuclear programme.

Russia was the first of the four countries to formally back the proposal. "We agree with these proposals," Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told a news conference in Moscow.

And diplomats told AFP that Paris and Washington would also give their backing.

"The US and French ambassadors to the IAEA are currently on their way to (agency chief) Mohamed ElBaradei to present their countries' positive responses," a diplomat said.

In Moscow, Lavrov called on other countries to follow Russia's lead.

There must be more nuke facilities across Iran, albeit low-profile.

Break the deadlock? How about make megadeath a lock, instead? All they are proposing it giving more enriched uranium to Iran. It will say "OK, drats, yes, we will accept free nuclear warheads from the great powers". And this is considered "diplomacy". It is all an utter farce, every western country is a laughingstock over it.

‘New’ deadline. As opposed to the older ones. They were just practice deadlines.

I wonder what Binyamin Netanyahu's deadline is:

Remember Osirak.

...repeat until Iran has nuclear weapons.

Which is specifically what the globalist elite wants to start WWIII in the Middle East.

But take into account the scale of "Osiran" as opposed to "Osirak". 8 F-16A and 6 F-15A were used in Osirak. This time, it will be up to 100 F-15s and F-16s plus all 9 of its KC-707 tankers. Add to that the threat from Iranian MiGs and double digit SAMs, and Osiran will be no walk in the park.

It’a now 5PM in Tehran:

Neither Ahmadinejad nor Ayatollah Khamenei, have even commented on tentative nuclear proposal made in Vienna (so much for deadlines)
